Business ethics and operating in Aksaray, ethical perceptions of business managers an investigation

Business ethics is a very swifly spreading concept in recent periods of rapidly globalizing business world. Performing correctly by determining ethics responsibilities has vital importance, in terms of companies. In this context examining the point of view of business managers to ethics principals and determinig their manners to business ethics is the most effective way to avoid the problems that companies come across in the long term. The aim of this research is determining wheter or not the business manager operating in Aksaray province, fulfill the ethics responsibilities to the environmental factors of firm. This research consists of two parts. In the first part the scanning about the business ethics is done and determinations are done by examining the subject with main points. In the second part, the face face questinnaire pratice is done intented to determine the business ethics senses and the manners about business ethics of business managers that are active in Aksaray Organized Zone. Acqured datas are subjected to statistical analysis. According to the result of the research; at the Organized Industrial Zona, the managers joined our research fulfilled the lots of responsibilities intendet to workers, customers factors like age, the position at workplaca, training level, working period at current workplaca, total working year at sector, worker number and beginning your of activity are not effective; reached the result that there is a meaningful difference between worked sector and etik sence.
