Abstract (EN)
In this study, the legal consequences of occupational accidents, material and moral compensation aspects, from the perspective of occupational health and safety, have been examined from a legal perspective; responsibilities and obligations of employers and employers' representatives in occupational accidents. Occupational health and safety services have been examined by the OSGBs. As a result of an occupational accident, the rights and obligations of the employees and right holders who had an accident were evaluated with various examples; SGK is s practices in the case of work accidents, SSI payments and benefits, SGK 's employers to reclaim the defects at the rate of applications are explained.
