Abstract (EN)
In this study, occupational health and safety perceptions and safety climate of employees working in furniture factories in İnegöl region were measured. For this purpose, the data obtained from employees in furniture factories in İnegöl region were analyzed by using SPSS package program and the results were interpreted. According to the results obtained, it was seen that the highest value obtained was ve "Workers safety priority and risk insecurity" according to this result. it can be said that the employees in the enterprises give importance to safety, do not accept the risk and give priority to work security. As the importance of safety and security in the workplace, the employees increase the security commitment and the employees with high security perceptions are less likely to have an occupational accident. With the implementation of such important situations in business life, it is possible to prevent many possible work accidents.
