Job satisfaction and occupation satisfaction relation: An investigation on pharmacist

At the working life, job and occupation satisfaction are extremely important for both managers and other employees have a place.In this context, job satisfaction, more positive impact on people's work may have against you or when expressing emotions in the form of the vocation satisfaction of people have done their profession characterized by contentment.Satisfied with their jobs or working as individuals in their work, willingness to work as a result of this satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and therefore in terms of commitment to the profession and the business is affected. This works both in their personal lives and social lives of individuals leads to happiness.In this study, pharmacists from his job, profession and working conditions to determine their satisfaction. Survey was conducted on pharmacists for this purpose.
