Abstract (EN)

In the face of increasing competition with changing dynamics, organizations need to have qualified human resources and benefit from this human resource in the most efficient way in order to gain competitive advantage continuously. The increase in employee energy helps to increase the positive outputs of the enterprise. In this direction, the effect of employee advocacy, which is seen as a situation of prioritizing the interests of the employees and behaving in line with the interests of them, on employee energy is one of the issues that are wondered. On the other side, the effect of motivational language factor, which is based on the development of effective communication methods to increase the performance of the employees, on employee energy also arouses curiosity. In this context, an empirical research was carried out with the employees of a public hospital. First, a literature review was conducted on the concepts covered in the research, then data were obtained by survey technique, and correlation analysis and regression analyses were applied. As a result, the correctness of the research assumptions and hypotheses has been proven.
