Abstract (EN)

In today's world, where we live in centuries far away from Asr-ı Saadet, it is seen that individuals who strive to live a life in accordance with Islamic values face various difficulties. Changing living conditions, scientific and technological developments, political events and the inevitable change in the social and economic structure under the influence of these inevitable changes bring with them many problems and often create a situation where the Islamic and the non-Islamic are mixed. In today's world, the need for scholars and thinkers who can accurately convey the basic principles of Islam, as well as evaluate the current issues of the age within the framework of Islamic law and thought and offer solutions to these issues is greater than ever. In today's world, which is changing at a dizzying pace and shaping the attitudes and behaviors of individuals, the relationship between economic systems and Islamic law leads to important discussions in both theoretical and practical terms. In this framework, Hayreddin Karaman's economic thoughts, the jurisprudential rulings he has put forward and the area in which he is positioned in the Islamic perspective provide a valuable reference in terms of the application of Islamic principles in the modern economy and the areas where Muslims can position themselves.
