Abstract (EN)
The aim of that research is to search some physiological features and heavy metals such as Cadmium, Lead, Copper, Zinc and Nickel in organs of the lettuce Lactuca Sativa L. that is irrigated with different concentrations (0,%25,%50,%75 and %100) of unprocessed sewage water for about 30 days. In that research, by this way, the plant's leaf and root lenght has been measured, the amount of dry matter and photosynthetic pigment contens have been detected. The plant's heavy metal content of leaf and root and the soil in which the plant is grown has been analyzed. While the max leaf length is observed at %100 concentration, it is determined that the amount of dry matter of plants have increased at %25, 50 and 75 concentration rates. Determining Cr, Cu, Ni, Zn at leaves of examination plants in analysis results, at %25, %50 and %75 concentrations, Cr, Cu, Zn and Ni increase in a controlled environment. According to controls, there was found increasing at some parts of plants root and significant increase in Cu content.(P<0.05) Depending upon sewage concentration, there was increasing at amount of heavy metal except for Cd in soil for plants. As a result, there are significant changes were determined in growth parameters of Lactuca Sativa L. that irrigated by untreated sewage, some physiological properties, plants organs and heavy metal concents in cultivated soil.
