The aim of this study is to contribute to increasing agricultural success in the GAP Region by analyzing the agricultural policies implemented in the Netherlands, Israel and China, which are among the world's most important agricultural producers. It is necessary to initiate change, transformation and breakthrough in every field in the GAP Region, to increase qualified human capital with long-term determination and determination, economic stability and trust, sustainable development, R&D and education moves, and technology and innovation capability with national technology move. Prioritizing digital transformation in agricultural production and modern irrigation systems such as water-saving sprinkler and drip irrigation for efficient use of water in agriculture should be expanded. An efficient agricultural sector should be established that is environmentally, socially and economically sustainable, takes care of the supply-demand balance, has increased its international competitiveness with its production structure, is based on advanced technology, has solved infrastructure problems, has high organization (cooperatives, unions) and productivity. By developing digitalization, artificial intelligence and data-based business models and agricultural information systems, good agricultural practices, organic agriculture, contract production, clustering, It is important to fully support research, marketing, sales (auction, online sales) and branding activities. The GAP Region will be a food logistics base with free land for the farmer, product sales guarantee, import protection, insurance services, facilitating access to finance, reduction of loan extension procedures, abolishment of interest rates, trained workforce and social opportunities, active organization and planned production and supervision. Turkey will come to the fore as a country with the potential to become one of the best economies in the world, both in industry and agriculture.
