İstanbul'da CDMA-PMR ağ planlaması ve optimizasyonu

The aim of this work is to design a complete PMR (Professional Mobile Ra-dio) network based on CDMA 450 in Istanbul metropolitan region. Coverageand capacity analysis are performed by the developed simulation software tool.Trade off between several system parameters such as quality of service, user mo-bility, traffic distribution, data rate and bandwidth are considered to optimizethe capacity and coverage of the network. Since, managing system interferenceby precise power control is a very critical concept for CDMA; forward and re-verse link interference analysis, and their effects are also studied. Coverage andhandoff areas are shown on the map by the aid of GIS (Geographical InformationSystems) tool.
