Abstract (EN)

Poetry collections are works created in a mixed form in verse, prose, verse and prose, where different types of examples can be found together, created according to the literary pleasure, taste and worldview of the complier. While the composition of the poetry collections is sometimes known, sometimes it is not. The complier may deliberately not indicate his identity, and sometimes the place where his name is written may be broken, torn or stained. The poetry collection, which is the subject of the study, is registered in Istanbul University Rare Books Library Turkish Manuscripts NEKTY03435. The complier of the copy is unknown. The work, which consists of 75 pages, contains poems from various genres. The poems in the poetry collection were transferred through the transcription alphabet and classified according to The Project of Systematic Classification of Mecmua's (MESTAP). There are 194 poems in the poetry collection, 1 of which is in Persian and 193 of them are Turkish. 5 poems without pseduonyms have been identified in the poetry collection. The poems included in the poetry collection cover the poets who lived between the 13th and 18th centuries. Fehîm-i Kadîm is the poet whose poems are most frequently cited in the poetry collections. The most used verse form is the gazel. 162 of the 194 poems in the poetry collection are in the form of gazel. Other verse forms in the poetry collection are nazm, terkib-i bend, terci-i bend, müseddes, muaşşer, kaside muhammes, kıta, murabba and tahmis. The purpose of the study is to contribute to classical Turkish literature by promoting the poerty collection registered in Istanbul University Rare Books Library Turkish Manuscripts NEKTY03435.
