Abstract (EN)

This present study investigates the effect of employee flourishing at work on employees outcomes via employees' voice behavior that differs depending on levels of employee trust in organization. The scope of the research consists of six organizations that have operations in three major cities of our country such as Trabzon, Antalya, and Ankara. Data were collected from a total of 282 employees and their 50 managers through 3 different questionnaires applied in different time periods. Multi-level analysis method was used in the research to deal with the dependent data due to supervisors' rating of their multiple subordinates. The results of the research show that supportive and constructive voice behaviors will occur, but destructive voice behaviors will not occur depending on the flourishing at work. Constructive voice behavior and the employee's trust in organization effect the employee's in-role performance and creativity. Finally, it is this study's conclusion that constructive voice behavior and trust in organization have an interactive mediation effect in the effect of flourishing at work on employee creativity.
