Abstract (EN)

Science, art and intellectual activities in Islamic culture have been based on the Qur'an. Over time, these studies developed rapidly and spread over a wide area. One of these studies and activities is manuscripts. In the Islamic world, these works are mentioned as "mahtût/manuscript/written" and used with concepts such as "dest-nüvis and hatt-ı destî". In Western languages, it is expressed with the word "manuscript". Mahtût works are among the most beautiful legacies of Islam. This heritage sheds light on our culture and civilization. It is our greatest duty to protect this heritage, to prevent it from being lost, and to pass it on to future generations in the most accurate way. Its preservation is the unearthing of these artifacts that remain in dust on the shelves. Undoubtedly, these unique artifacts are like priceless treasures. The patchwork named Haşiyetü'l-'Attâr 'ale Netâicu'l-Efkar is one of these unique cultural heritages. In our study, we aimed to unearth this work, which is a great cultural heritage, and present it to today's readers.
