Abstract (EN)
This study examines the effects of impression management tactics, leader-member exchange and organizational commitment on emotional labor. Its objective is to fill a significant gap in the literature. This study consists of five sections. The first section defines and analyzes impression management, impression management tactics, impression management types, impression management models and impression management strategy. The second section examines the definition of the concept of leader-member exchange and its dimensions. The third section analyzes the definition of organizational commitment. The fourth section analyzes emotional labor, emotional labor approaches, the dimensions of emotional labor and the factors that affect emotional labor. Data collected from the research sample is analyzed in the fifth section, and the findings were evaluated. It was determined that impression management tactics, leader-member exchange and organizational labor affect emotional labor.
