Abstract (EN)

Developments in satellite technology for the past 40 years, made effect to measurement and calculation techniques that difficult to apply in the past. Measurement techniques of Satellite-based GNSS, is oftenly used in recent years such as photogrammetric and geodetic map production, in bathymetric surveying, railways, dams, highways, bridges, ports and other similar structures of engineering geodetic applications, determination of crustal plate movement, meteorological and atmospheric observations, control of ground movements in major excavation, seismic studies, creation of an early warning system due to its features like speed, low-cost, high sensitivity and ease of application. Required accuracy of positioning with GNSS showing changes according to the time and cost of project status and used different measurement and assessment techniques. Static, rapid-static, kinematic, real-time kinematic, virtual reference stations, GNSS data web-based assessment method and precise location can given examples of GNSS measurement and evaluation methods. In this study, the effect on the accuracy of GNSS location coordinates of points were investigated using different measurement methods. For this purpose, a network created with 7 point in Aksaray University Campus and GNSS measurements were carried out. with the methods such as static, RTK and Network-RTK. The coordinates of the points on campus was obtained by two different methods in the static measurement method, by taking the coordinates of the TNFGN and CORS-TR points as a control point. In addition, in the assessment made by using CORS-TR points, different methods used in estimating velocities to calculate the coordinates of new points. According to results, research of accuracy was made and reviewed.
