Abstract (EN)

In Turkey, moved their location, geometric structure, about 100 cadastral works on one-year period in order to determine the legal status apart from a few units have been completed. In this process, cadastral studies were carried out in various measurement methods, different measuring instruments, different scales, coordinate systems and litter. However, there are errors in some cadastral data that occur depending on the measurement method, the measuring instruments used and the technical personnel. Existing errors in the cadastral data, data production standard, lack of data to form the basis of the targeted spatial information system, and the necessity of updating the cadastre with increasing demands with the developing technology. In 2018, the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre has established a technical and legal infrastructure for the availability of the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), which is one of the modern technologies as an alternative to the measurement methods carried out directly in the cadastre update studies. Thus, the use of the UAV for cadastral updating works was paved. In this thesis, the data obtained by direct field survey and the data obtained by UAV have been compared within the scope of Cadastre update study in Karaköy Village of Osmancık District of Çorum Province. With the use of UAV in cadastre updating works; According to the direct land measurement, 70% time, 75% personnel saving, the determination of the detail points that make up the geometric structure of the parcels was determined to be 73.98% more accurate. In addition, the stereo model produced provides a three-dimensional view of the terrain, giving the user the ability to interpret the terrain better in practice.
