Evaluating the province of Ankara within the scope of camping and caravan tourism

This research examines the relationship between visitor satisfaction and the intention to visit again according to the characteristics of campsite and camper tours of campsites and caravan tourists in Ankara. In this context, it is preferable to apply the questionnaire method, a quantitative research method, to obtain the data. The research group has created 403 campers and caravan tourists who stay in campsites and caravan areas in Ankara. In the context of the research, the survey was conducted in person with the participants, with the methods of sampling and sample snowballs in an easy way. The data analysis has benefited from the SPSS 22 for Windows package program. In this context, the factor analysis for the findings of the demographic characteristics of the participants is based on variance analysis (one-way ANOVA-independent sampler t-test) for comparison of average scores in unrelated measurements to ensure frequency and percentage, validity, and reliability of the scale, and on a level of relevance α=.05. As a result, campsite features positively impact visitor satisfaction and intention to visit again. In fact, according to the research results, suggestions have been made to improve services provided in campsites in Ankara and increase visitor satisfaction.
