The livestock sector has an important place in the Turkish economy. Increasing population and climate changes in the following years increased the need for this sector. Then, regulations regarding pastures and pasture cases were discussed. Key Words: Pasture, Pasture Lawsuits, Pasture Lands, Legal Nature of Pastures, Public Properties.
