Public and private bank customers research on safety and usage reasons: Gaziantep province application

Elektronic banking has become a field that has made great progress in a short time in our country and in the world. This is due to the fact that the electronic banking sector has been able to implement innovative ideas at a high level and speed in line with technological developments. The survey was conducted with current questions. The data obtained from the questionnaire were processed in SPSS program and the reliability level index, chi-square table and statistical tables were evaluated and the analyzes were included in the research. The development of electronic banking is not only a factor that provides customer satisfaction, but also a factor that develops with technology in contrast to branch banking requiring capital. At the end of the research to be done and the questions to be asked, the answers that can be obtained by analyzing the survey conducted in the research were examined. From the results of these surveys, the response of consumers or users to changes that may occur in the most used areas of electronic banking is measured. Showing the results of the analysis in graphs and tables and showing them in detail will contribute to the measurement of the capacity of consumer preferences in the field of electronic banking which is one of the most developing sectors of banking in accordance with the purpose of the research.
