Özet (EN)

The purpose of this research is to determine the effects of performance systems, which is applying in banks on job satisfaction of bank employees. The research areas of the study are public and private sector banks in Tunceli and Elazığ. A questionnaire form regarding this study has applied to cashiers who are working in banks, operation assistants, operations officers, individual customer representatives, individual customer representative assistants, commercial customer representative officers, commercial customer representative assistants and branch managers working on banks. The study indicated that the motivation levels of the workers differ according to the performance level of the employees, and the job title, gender, age, seniority and position closely related with the applied performance of the workers. The perceptions of public and private bank employees who have hard working conditions according to the other sector employees and the effects of their perceptions on their job satisfaction have been an important issue. It believed that the data obtained from this study is contribute to taking precautions to increase motivation and job satisfaction of banking sector workers. The results of the research obtained by applying the questionnaire method.
