Abstract (EN)
In recent years, health tourism has gained an increasingly critical position within the tourism sector. Its contributions to the country's economy in terms of sustainable economic development are undeniable. In this context, determining the level of awareness of individuals providing services in areas related to health tourism has become an important requirement. This study was conducted to determine the level of awareness of health tourism among healthcare personnel working in both public and private hospitals in the healthcare sector. The research was conducted by collecting data through a survey of 344 healthcare personnel working in the public and private sectors in Aksaray The research data were obtained through a personal information form and the Health Tourism Awareness Scale. Descriptive statistical analyses, T-test, and ANOVA were applied in the analysis of the collected data.
