Abstract (EN)

In this study, the deformations and stresses that are created by the blood pressure in the blood vessels, were examined. In the model used for investigation, the blood pressure arises due to the contraction (systolic) and loosing (diastolic) of the contraction of the heart , is used as the load. The radial and the tangential stresses occurred in the arteries under this pressure were examined. Besides, the radial displacement occurred in the arteries were calculated by using the systolic blood pressure as the main input. The vascular structures used in the analysis based on the "aorta" vessel. It is assumed that the aorta vessel behaves as linear elastic metarial. As a result of the analysis, the deformations and stresses occurred in the blood vessels under the blood pressure in the aorta ,are evaluated.
