Abstract (EN)
In this study, yolk absorption of Black Sea trout (Salmo trutta labrax) alevins in <1?, 4 ?, 8 ? and 12 ?salinities were determined. When 90% hatching of the eggs was accepted 0 (zero), sampling was performed in 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 days to research of yolk absorption of Black Sea trout larvae. While at hatching, mean alevins length and total wet weight values were 14.97±1.25 mm and 40.43±1.72 mg, at whole absorption of yolk, these values were measured as 23.47±0.85 mm and 23.66±1.46 mg at freshwater group, and 22.63±0.75 mm and29.08±1.85 mg at 4? group, and 22.96±0.89 mm and 26.39±3.24 mg at 8? group, respectively, differences were significant (P<0.001). Alevins in 12 ? salinities died within seven days. The maximum utilization from yolk was realized in 4? group.Key Words: Black Sea trout, Salmo trutta labrax, larva, yolk sac absorption, salinity.
