Abstract (EN)

One of the important archives resources of Ottoman history is the Şer?iyye Registers. This study is aimed to encourage the studies made in this field by presenting and making index of only one of the Şer?iyye Registers which has great importance for Turkish history and culture.In this study, Karâhisâr-ı Sâhib-i Sancak Judial Record Number 644 ( The Transcription) dated 4 Muharrem 1330 - 28 Rebî?ü?l-âhir1331 / 25 December 1911 from 6 April 1913 has been researched and analysed. The Record File, which is the main source of the thesis, has been evaluated by taking copies from microfilms which were found in the National Library of Ankara, and the overall assessment of the planned transcript has been provided in the beginning of the text. Information taken from rations is enriched with information taken form reconciliations and other research sources. The notebook that is being studied from carries the same date as the Balkan Wars, it has been observed that these documents show the economic and social hardships of the War.This study will be able to help towards the research of Ottoman History and Urban Historiography.Keywords: Şer?iyye Register, Ottoman, Karâhisâr-ı Sâhib
