In this study, Karahisar-ı Sahip-i Sancak Judial Record Number 615 ( theTranscription) dated Hicri Şevval ( 30 October 1886 ) between Hicri Zi?l-hicce ( 9Agust 1888) have been researched and analysing of the study has been done.Whileevaluating this study, outline and transcription of the term whose administrativesystem, social, economic, juristical and military?s lifes have been givenseparatively.This study will be help the research of Ottoman History and UrbanHistoriography
