Abstract (EN)
In this thesis study, the ligands of Pyridine-2,5-Dicarboxylic Acid and Pyrazinecarboxylic Acid derivatives were obtained using the evaporation method and neutralization. The K X-ray cross sections, fluorescence yields and relative intensity ratios of the obtained new metal complexes after coordinated to the metal (Ni, Zn) atom of these ligands were measured by EDXRF method. The changing chemical structure of the pure and metal complexes depending on the chemical condition has produced some changes in the energy of X-ray lines of the analyte and absolute and relative intensity of X-ray intensity. Thus, the obtained results have showed that the fluorescence parameters of these elements are changed.
