Not enoughattentiontooccupationalhealthandsafety, lack of occupationalhealthandsafetyawarenessthroughouttheemployees, longworkinghours, intenseworkpace, lack of personalprotectiveequipment, inexperienceandlack of training/informationaretheleadingcauses of occupationalaccidents. It has beenobservedthatoccupationalaccidentsoccur at a high rate duetoreasonssuch as longworkinghours, intensework tempo, inexperienceandlack of education / information.
