Thesis named ''Status of the Third Party in the Construction Contract for Flat'' is within the scope of our subject, primarily by giving general information about construction contracts for flat, especially in case of the contract is terminated and the difference between rotation with determination, which is attributed to the legal nature of the contract's sudden - constant complexity, has been emphasized.
