Abstract (EN)
In this study, the effect of azinphos-methyl and dimethoate pesticides on bovine liver catalase enzyme activity was investigated. The catalase enzyme was exposed to concentrations ranging from 0 to 500 ppm of azinphos-methyl and dimethoate. Irreversible inhibition was observed in catalase activity interacting with azinphos-methyl. Decreas in catalase enzyme activity was observed at the concentration of 25,50 and 100 ppm dimethoate while and increase in catalase enzyme activity was observed at the concentrations of 250 and 500 ppm dimethoate.
