Re-use of scraped asphalt materials that have completed their lifespan, which are revealed during the renewal of roads, will contribute to the reduction of the need for natural materials and the protection of the environment with natural aggregate resources. Considering these issues, this study aims to recycle the waste materials resulting from the renewal of asphalt roads to be used in field concretes and thus contribute to the reduction of the use of natural aggregate. For this purpose, scraped asphalt materials were replaced by fine aggregate in concrete and concrete samples were produced using different ratios. The produced samples were kept under different temperature conditions and tests were made for pressure, pull in beam bending and weight reduction. In the mixtures, river sand of 12-19 mm size, medium aggregate 5-12 mm, fine aggregate 0-4 mm was selected. The etched asphalt material used in the experiments is in the size of 0–4 mm and substituted for fine aggregate in the ratios of 5, 10, 15 and 20%. CEM II 42.5 R Portland cement was used for the concrete mix and the cement dosage was taken as 350 kg / m3. Fresh and hardened concrete tests were carried out on concrete samples produced by substituting scraped asphalt material in certain proportions of the general mixture instead of fine aggregate. While calculating the collapse and unit weight values in fresh concrete, the temperature effect, unit volume weight, ultra sound transmission speed, compressive strength, pull in beam bending strength, weight reduction tests were performed on the samples that were hardened and exposed to heat in the oven at different temperatures, and the behavior of the scraped asphalt covered concrete was determined.
