Abstract (EN)
In this study, unlike the studies in the literatüre, ZrO2, thin films are intended to be coated the bottom floor of glass more economical, easier and at low temperatures. For this purpose, the chemical bath deposition technique by experimenting with various of metods based on optimized method were tried to the glass coated with ZrO2 thin films structural and optical analysis; the methods were carried out with X-ray diffraction, (XRD), UV-VIS spectrometry and scanner electron microscope (SEM). The results of this analysis were compared and interpreted with the results obtained in literatüre by various methods of coating with ZrO2.
