Abstract (EN)

This methodological study was conducted to determine the validity and reliability of the Nursıng Students' Rıghts Awareness Scale In Clınıcal Practıce developed by Park and Choi (2021). It was adapted into Turkish by. The sample of the research consisted of 4th year nursing students studying at Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University and Kütahya Health Sciences University between September 2023 and January 2024. Perceived Social Support Scale. In addition to descriptive statistics, validity and reliability analyzes were also used to evaluate the data. It was determined that the Turkish version of the Nursing Students' Rights Awareness in Clinical Practice Scale showed a 3-factor structure consisting of 14 items and the factor loadings of the items varied between 0.580 and 0.813. Scale fit indices are χ2/df=2.592, GFI=0.883, NFI=0.869, TLI=0.889, IFI=0.915, CFI=0.914, RMSEA=0.068, RMR=0.025. Additionally, the Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the scale was calculated as 0.986. Item-total score correlation coefficients range between 0.374 and 0.730. As a result, it was determined that the Turkish version of the Nursing Students' Rights Awareness in Clinical Practice Scale was both a valid and reliable measurement tool.
