Personnel productivity in hospitality industry and regional study

Hospitality facilities are the places which provide some services for the persons who are away frorii their homes for business, holiday e.t.c. In such facilities where labour force is dominant, personnel productivity is very important especially in terms of customer satisfaction. Management is responsible to go with the standards of infra-supra structures and personnel to provide personnel productivity. Management also must decide what productivity tools are and use them effectively. In this context by using the social, physical and motivating factors in work satisfaction and service quality can be provided. Approaching to personnel by modern managing philosophy that considers it as a member and is open their suggestions, also plays a role increase service productivity. In our study, the models that increase productivity are presented with a poll which was made around Antalya region.
