Abstract (EN)

Changes occur in the geometric shapes of the earth's crust and the structures above it over time due to some factors. These changes are called deformation. Deformations are divided into two: permanent and elastic deformations, depending on the changes that occur in the geometric shapes of these structures. Engineering measurements made to detect these deformations are called deformation measurements. The evaluation and interpretation processes of these determined deformations are called deformation analysis. Geodetic control networks have been established to detect deformations, and deformation analysis is carried out as a result of the evaluation of measurements made in different periods and the resulting interpretation of the balancing calculations. Four different models such as static, kinematic dynamic and compliance model have been developed to perform deformation analysis. The study area is the area where 15 vertical leveling points were established by the General Command of Mapping (HGK) between 1973 and 1984 in the central residential area of Konya. Leveling measurements made with the geometric leveling method between 1973-1984, in 2004 and finally in 2015 were chosen as the subject of the thesis. Deformation analysis of the leveling network created in the central residential area of Konya was carried out in a one-dimensional static model and the results were compared and it was seen that the results were incompatible with each other. As a result, it was observed that there was a vertical movement in the center of Konya.
