Abstract (EN)

The cooperative, through the elimination of human needs, provide mutual aid and economic organization formed to protect the interests of shareholders. Cooperatives, mutual aid needs of the people, solidarity, and at least cost to meet bail and was founded by legal persons. Co-operatives and forces people to do alone is not enough to make things come together and contribute to the development of society.Legal personality of the winner and economic life, of course, is a member of the general assembly engaged within the scope of cooperative activities, partners, board members, auditors, managers of cooperatives and cooperative with officers, some of the laws deal with criminal sanction rendered.In our study, the cooperative concept, the historical development of cooperatives, cooperative organizations, cooperative bodies, examined in general terms and basic principles of criminal responsibility. Cooperatives have been the subject of the thesis in a separate section of the types of criminal responsibility, the Turkish Penal Code No. 5237, 1163, Cooperatives Act and the Turkish Trade Law in 6762 defined the types of crime were examined separately within the framework of the Supreme Court case law and doktrindeki specs.With this thesis, the co-operative institution of our country, yet the stage of development administration, supervision and responsibilities of the general assembly of members of the criminal jurisprudence of the Supreme Court together with the basic norms of criminal prove, in charge of providing awareness of members of cooperative activities thus contributing more to the development.
