XVII. century this corruption (as Halil İnalcık put it, turmoil and intrgue) from the beginning of IV. If we do not count the period of Murad between 1632 and 1640, it continued until 1656. IV. It is another matter of curiosity that the state, which was in turmoil from Mehmed's accession to the throne, from 1648 to 1656, breathed a sigh of relief under the dictatorship of Köprülü Mehmed Pasha in 1656, and that the Ottomans went to Vienna in the next process.
