Abstract (EN)

Atherosclerosis is a result of the pathological process affecting the arteries. It is a systematic disease that prevents circulation with structures called plaque in arteries. It causes permanent damage by not providing sufficient perfusion in organs such as heart and brain. It is a small part of (DNA). Apart from the nucleus of cells, it is an independent piece of DNA found in mitochondrial organelles. Since the DNA in the nucleus has a two-way flow of information, the information may become meaningless as some coding is incomplete and insufficient. Sperm mitochondria in the fertilization phase of mitochondrial inheritance. It is located in the tail part with the driving force and sometimes disappears. When the inheritance often forms a maternal structure, very important information can be obtained by following evolution. In recent studies, the relationship between atherosclerosis and mtDNA mutation has been proven to be in different gene regions. In order to get more detailed information about these newly discovered mutations, more research and unknown features have to be revealed.
