Problems encountered by entrepreneurs who established their businesses by benefiting from the new entrepreneur support programme of KOSGEB (Small and medium business development and support administration) was researched

In this study, problems encountered by entrepreneurs who established their businesses by benefiting from the new entrepreneur support programme of KOSGEB (Small and Medium Business Development and Support Administration) was researched. 11 entrepreneurs who established their businesses in the Gaziantep Province has formed the study group of this research. In order to better understand the problems of entrepreneurs, factors like age, gender and education status were taken into consideration. In the study, for proper identification of problems, questionnaires prepared by the researcher and interviews made through face to face discussions were used. In order to properly understand problems of entrepreneurs exactly, stages required during while benefiting from the support were taken into account and interviews were carried out in such manner. Problems varied from age to gender, education status and the field of business. It was particularly observed that entrepreneurs had problems and complained after applying for the support.
