Abstract (EN)
Population growth and structural increase in the city due to necessary to balance of public open -green areas. planning of public open-green area in the city for oriented for cities people's need , these areas will be possible with a systematic and meticulous design approach. For research area was chosen city center of Kırşehir this city inside of İç Anadolu Area and around the middle of Kızılırmak river. Kirsehir Province is generally there is no forest and dominant natural vegetation is steppe. In this research, the existing public open-green areas in Kırşehir city center and the public open-green areas in the border of the zoning plan were evaluated in terms of landscape architecture and suggestions for planning and design were developed. In the thesis, the theoretical circular of public open-green area is put forward and population and land sizes of Kırşehir city center are analyzed. The amount and distribution of public open-green areas per a people in the city centers areas were determined. A survey was for determine the opinions of users in the city. As a result of the evaluations, developed in terms of competence of public open-green area in accordance with the needs of the users within the public open-green area system.
