Abstract (EN)
Individuals and society have a great impact on human living. Society has a considerably impact on individuals in terms of nota traditions and religion. Religion has a great role for shaping the society. All the religions throughout history benefit from individuals social aspect to take their members to a satisfactory level. It's the simple goal for religions to provide peace and reclamation for both individuals society. It's valid for not only all the religions but also for Islam. Islam is a ware for the fact that a peaceful society have different characteristics and understanding and that causes different problems. The results of the problems are sometimes simple and temporary but they may be important and persistent. It is possible to describe it as crime concept sociologically. Every crime brings punishment. Public peace that is the main goal is provided if it is given punishment for people who break public peace. While Islamic community was providing peace, it was tolerating revelation and sunna.
