Abstract (EN)

Located between the provinces of Bartın and Kastamonu and which was declared as National Park in 2000, KMNP keep within the vegetation, animal species, geologic and geomorphologic structure, historical deepness, cultural resources and tourism values, has a worldwide importance.?Pan Parks? which means ?Protected Areas Web? is a certification program that aims to increase the quality of protected areas in Europe and seeks to support development of rural areas which are near protected areas. From Turkey, KMNP is the first participant to ?Pan Parks? program which has given certificates to 13 European National Parks since the 2012.In this work, we basically evaluated standpoint of different interest groups, which are in KMNP?s Bartın side, about ?PAN Parks? certification system and National Parks. Furthermore, this work includes some problems and solution suggestions about these concepts from the facts that we have found out from our study.In line with this assessment of the in field applied, as the result of KMNP. Bartın in the center of the city in the four different interst group; ?public secror organizations, the private sector, cıvıl society and headmans? national park and PAN Parks certification system is evaluated and in the problems and proposals for a solution to these problems is given in.
