Abstract (EN)
The main purpose of this thesis is to examine the relationship between the corporate reputation and performance levels of the entrepreneurs and managers in private education institutions. For this purpose, the data were collected from private education institutions operating in the central districts (Karatay, Selçuklu, Meram) of Konya. The data were obtained from private kindergartens and daycare centers, private primary schools and secondary schools, private language schools, motor vehicle driving schools and private teaching institutions. Face to face questionnaires were used for collecting of the data. The universe of the study consists of the entrepreneurs and managers of private education institutions in the central districts of Konya. In this context, questionnaires were applied to 166 people. In order to test the hypotheses proposed in the study; correlation analysis, factor analysis, t-test and variance analysis were carried out on the data obtained through the study in accordance with the purpose and scope of the study. Based on the findings of the study, it was concluded that there is a positive relationship between corporate reputation and performance.
