Özet (EN)

Road pavement consists of two types: flexible and rigid paved structures. The road section that we examine in this study is a flexible pavement class on the transportation route of the Kızlar (Eyyubi) Mosque monument. The layers that make up the flexible road pavement section we examined are; It consists of double chip seal, plantmix foundation, subbase and natural ground. In order to correctly interpret the behavior of the layers forming the flexible pavement, material characteristic parameters were determined through experiments conducted with material samples obtained in the field and flexible road structure model definition and analysis were carried out with the help of a computer analysis program using the finite element method. In the flexible pavement road section we examined, while the Kızlar (Eyyubi) Mosque Monument, weighing 2349 tons (including SPMT), was being transported with the "Self-Propelled Moduler Transporter (SPMT)", stress-strain relationships found as a result of the analysis carried out to see and evaluate the behavior of the layers forming the flexible pavement and whether there was any damage due to deformations and determination of whether the layers forming the flexible pavement comply with the Highways Technical Specification was carried out using a computer program by creating a 3D finite element model. Based on the analysis results, the dimensions and existing material parameters characterizing the flexible pavement layers, and the transportation of the Kızlar (Eyyubi) Mosque Monument, weighing 2349 tons (including SPMT), with the "Self-Propelled Moduler Transporter (SPMT)", it was concluded that there was no significant damage to the flexible road pavement layers according to the Highways Technical Specification.
