Abstract (EN)
In this study; Lidar, which is one of the active systems in remote sensing, it is investigated in detail how lidar systems work and what are the components, accuracy and error resources, installation cost, advantages and disadvantages and where we use this new technology. Lidar is known to use, forest management, coastal engineering, urban planning, water resource management, atmospheric research, and research in many areas, including detection of vegetation. Here, I will focus on the production of Digital Terrain Model (DTM) and Digital Surface Model (DSM) with Lidar. Also in the country by providing the data used in a project, Lidar technique based on photogrammetric techniques have been compared in the field of interest.
