Abstract (EN)
In this study, the potential of recombinant B. subtilis WB800 strains containing ligninolytic genes designed within the scope of the previously carried out TUBITAK 1001 (TUBITAK 113Z741) project and PhD thesis (Özer., 2018) and SA1, SA2, SA3 bacterial isolates isolated from olive wastewater used in the study in the bioremediation of paper mill wastewater, olive production plant wastewater and textile factory wastewater was investigated. In this context, isolation and classification of bacteria with ligninolytic activity from wastewater, some physicochemical analyzes of wastewater samples treated and not treated with bacteria, GS-MS, ICP-MS analyzes of the samples and investigation of the effect of wastewater samples treated and not treated with bacteria on seed germination were carried out. As a result of the studies carried out, while the desired level of consistent results could not be achieved as a result of the treatment of wastewater samples with recombinant bacteria, it was observed that the wild type bacterial strains isolated from wastewater and named SA1, SA3 and SA6 contributed to bioremediation at a certain level on all three waters.
