Abstract (EN)

In this thesis study, hypothermia was induced by administration LPS (Serotype E. coli: O111: B4; 250 μg / kg, ip) to rats. Blood samples were taken by intracardiac puncture at the initial phase, nadir and the end of the created hypothermia. In the same study, blood samples were taken at the time of hypothermia the initial phase, nadir and the end to the control group rats by saline (0.09% NaCl, 0.5 ml / kg ip). As a result of the applications, the nadir (ΔT: -1.48 ± 0.09 ºC) point of the hypothermia was reached at an average of 104.46 ± 4.32 minutes. The differences between the groups of LPS-induced hypothermia (initial phase, nadir and end) were statistically insignificant compared to the control group of aldosterone, Na, K, Cl, Ca and P levels as a result of analysis of the blood serum samples. Our results show that in rodents, thermoregulator with LPS may develop in hypothermia with fever. The LPS dose in this study did not change the level of aldosterone during the endotoxic interaction period. Again, the results of this study suggested that the changes of Na, K, Cl, Ca and P levels were the result of not changing the aldosterone hormone levels during LPS-induced hypothermia.
