Patient satisfaction in health care services by logistic regression method: Bitlis province example

This thesis consists of four chapters: introduction, material method, findings and results. In the first part, the importance of satisfaction and some studies about the logistic regression method which is the method to be used in the analysis are mentioned. In the second chapter, general informations about health, health services and patient satisfaction are given. At the same time, some definitions and assumptions about logistic regression analysis are also discussed in this chapter. In the third chapter, findings about the satisfaction levels of the standing patients who were examined in Bitlis State Hospital were examined. Also satisfaction levels were compared and examined according to personal characteristics. Finally, satisfaction levels are examined by sequential logistic regression method. The results obtained in the fourth chapter were discussed and recommendations were made.
