Lütfullah el-Erzurûmî's "Şerhu Lâmiyyeti'l-acem" and its contribution to the Arabic language - critical edition

In terms of being the language of the religion of Islam, Arabic is not only the language of the Arabs, but the language of all Muslims. For this reason, when Muslim scholars are examined, it is seen that they serve this language even though their languages and sects are different. One of the Ottoman scholars, Lutfullah al-Erzurumi, is one of the scholars who serve this language. This scholar has book copyrights in Arabic, Turkish and Persian languages in many fields of Islamic sciences. Erzurumî has not only been limited to language rules, but also worked at the level of literature with his service to the Arabic language and his efforts in this field. One of them is Lamiyetu'l-Acem, which belongs to Tugrai, which he commented on manners and morals. Al-Ukberi, es-Safedi etc. of this book. There are many annotations such as in this commentary he made, Erzurumî brought new meanings and perspectives to the book with his dominance and skill in the language. In this research, the book in question "Şerhu Lamiyeti'-acem bi elfâzin azibe kalîle ve meânin nâdira celîle" was examined. Our study consists of an introduction and two parts. In the first part, there is theoretical information about the author, the work and its content, while in the second part, the manuscript is examined.
