Abstract (EN)
After the industrial revolution, the demand for energy continued to increase day by day due to the mechanization that occurred. From the industrial revolution to the present day, the energy need has been tried to be met uncontrollably with fossil fuels, which are non-renewable energy sources, and many wars have been experienced due to fossil resources. Foreseeing that non-renewable energy sources will run out one day and in order to diversify in order to meet the energy need, there have been searches for renewable energy sources. After this search, investments were made in facilities such as HES, RES, GES etc. and renewable energy sources were diversified. Initially, due to being expensive compared to fossil fuels, it did not attract enough attention, but over time, when the effects of global warming, especially in terms of climate, increased to a degree that would be felt, countries encouraged companies to invest in this field. Today, in order to obtain maximum efficiency from solar energy, improvements have been made both on the cells used in PV panels and sun tracking systems have been made to obtain maximum efficiency from the sun. In this project, the aim was to follow the sun during the day by making a single-axis sun tracking system and to obtain maximum efficiency from the sun's rays. In addition, in order to prevent the decrease in efficiency due to the temperature increase of the photovoltaic panels, it has been observed that the efficiency of the solar panels is increased by cooling them with the help of mains water. The hot water generated by the cooling of the PV panel is also used in homes, businesses, hospitals, universities, etc., and the reuse of idle heat energy is ensured.
