Abstract (EN)

In this thesis study, the starting substances of the ligands of Malonic Acid[(CH2(COOH)2)] and Phenylmalonic Acid [C6H5NCH(COOH)2] were obtained by the evaporation and neutralization method. The K X-ray intensity ratios, production cross sections and fluorescence yields of the obtained new acid-metal complexes with coordinated to the ErCl3, BaCl2, Cl3Dy, Cl3Gd metal complexes were measured by EDXRF method. The changing chemical structure of the acid-metal complexes depending on the chemical conditions has produced some changes in the X-ray intensities. Thus, the results have showed that the intensity ratios, production cross sections and fluorescence yields of the acid-metal complexes are changed.
