Motivation Methods Of Mathematics Teachers For Motivating Students Towards Lessons. This research was prepared with the purpose of determining motivation methods of mathematics teachers for motivating students towards lessons. In this study; it is argued how teachers do interesting and charming math lesson and also differences and resembles between experienced and inexperienced teachers. This research is a study case working. Investigation was put into forced in two stages. In the first stage, pilot study was done with the aim of establishing observation form. However in the second section with the structured observation form five experienced and five inexperienced teachers were observed during ten lessons. Also interviews with the same teachers were done. Generally while both experienced and inexperienced teachers had been using oral expressions for external motivation, additionally experienced teacher appeared to be using oral examinations as an external motivation tool. To create curiosity, to form concept opposition and to ask thoughtful questions it had been determined inexperienced teachers had been doing more effective internal motivation than the experienced ones. In the communication branch of the observation form inexperienced teachers were observed more successful motivates in view of doing much jokes during lessons. To make a necessity in general sense it was determined there is no meaningful difference between experienced and inexperienced teachers because the teachers were not taking care of personal differences and making lesson with a few successful student group. So the other students that have a low success motivation were less motivated. Also it had been observed that experienced teachers were asking questions in relation to daily subjects and with this section were more effective. In the result of this study teachers do not have enough information about motivation methods and techniques and generally unaware of doing motivation attitudes of their used.
